bone-in, skin-on

3 tbsp OVE Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil

0.25 cup OVE 18-Year Aged Balsamic Vinegar

3 tbsp Honey

4 cloves Garlic

2 tbsp Fresh thyme

1 tbsp Fresh rosemary

Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

Pat chicken thighs dry and season with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear chicken thighs skin-side down for 5 minutes until golden.

Flip chicken and cook for 3 more minutes.

In a bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, honey, garlic, thyme, rosemary, and mustard.

Pour glaze over chicken and transfer skillet to oven.

Roast for 20-25 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F internal temperature.
