100 g Breadcrumbs

Instructions

Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan).

Pat salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.

Mix breadcrumbs, herbs, garlic, and lemon zest in a bowl.

Brush salmon with classic olive oil, then press herb mixture on top.

Heat an oven-safe pan with olive oil over medium-high heat.

Sear salmon skin-side up for 2 minutes, then flip and transfer to oven.
