Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, dill, parsley, and garlic.

Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then brush with herb mixture.

Let marinate for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, reduce balsamic vinegar and honey until syrupy.
